Terms of Service

By creating an account and using EventZone509, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Users must be 18+ to organize events. Organizers must complete KYC verification before publishing events.

Standard organizers pay 5% per ticket sold. Verified Top Organizers pay 3%. Fees are deducted automatically.

Customers may request refunds through the platform. Disputes are mediated by EventZone509 admins. Refunded tickets are released back to inventory.

Events promoting violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or fraud will be removed. Repeat offenders are banned.

We collect only data necessary to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.

EventZone509 is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees at events. We are a marketplace and intermediary.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app banners.
